I think I'll live with it. Beats getting diabetes and/or a heart attack any
day of the week, no? Let's see now... years of healthy life vs. a bacon
sausage pancake sandwich, how to make this decision?

Unless you were trying to be funny, someone is screwing with your message
newsgroup list. it was huge, but I deleted all but one.

Check your news client to see what's in the reply to field....

Methinks you have a nasty in your confuser....

hmm, no I wasn't trying to do anything tricky. I just hit reply. Mind you I
just moved from google groups to using TeraNews via an offline reader. Let's
see how this one turns out.

nope. It's gone in this post....attws only. There was a long line of
perhaps 100 email address looking IPs and @ email links on it.

Go back and get the message before mine and reply to it but don't send
it....you'll see them.

I looked from Google Groups and it ain't there. It was inserted by
http://www.teranews.com

Is that one of those news servers that trade pirated mp3's and movies
and such?
You can't get that on Google Groups.

(A FruitFone owner, he has "server" confused with "web app" again.)

(They can be retrained after months in electroshock therapy.)

There are several reasons why I'm trying to migrate away from Google Groups
(although they're very convenient to me). But anyway, Teranews is no more of a
pirate trading place than anywhere else that offers usenet access. The account
level I have is the free (50MB/month) level which would be useless for the
alt.binaries groups anyway.

Hmm...7Mbps/8=875Kbps.

50MB/.875Mbps = a hair over 57 seconds!

Sure wouldn't last long around here....(c;

One of these days, the illuminati masters are going to have to shut all
this down to protect profits and prevent revolution....

I've been downloading about 20 years, 24/7, to get ready to "go without" as
fast as I can. I've gotten pretty good at it, lately, too!

Adding bandwith is a great way of selling DVD+R and massive disk drives....
