For what, vast storage space your 750GB hard drive lacks?
That's about as dumb as using it for a flashlight!
Now, my question:
If I DO mount it to a computer, can I copy DivX movies and MP3s off onto
this "disk drive" and punch PLAY to see them after I go out the door to
lunch?
Even if I "convert" them to the few codecs iPhone supports, will it play
its own videos and audios copied with Windows Explorer straight to the
Iphone memory without the iTunes nanny reporting?
Can I REVERSE the USB port and hook it to a printer, external disk drive or
other USB device and use it in HOST or OTG mode like:

My N800 plugs into its own 1TB My Book FAT32, now. It doesn't support NTFS
drives, though, and there is a new kluge to get power to the laptop USB
