Motorola Software Update for AT&T Q9h including WM6.1

Motorola has posted a software update for the AT&T Q9h on its Support
site:

This update includes Windows Mobile 6.1.

I was unable to use this update because my provider is not AT&T but I
have the Q9H Global, Do you know if I can still update my phone
through Motorola's Site?

There are updates for other versions of the Q9h. Try the Motorola
Software Update country selector URL to find yours:
