How do I move contacts from v3 to blackjack2?

I currently have a razr, and will be upgrading to a Blackjack2 when it gets
shipped to me. I have Mobile phone tools, and can back up my info on that
program, but am curious as to what sort of program I will need to get my
information up onto my new Blackjack. I am also wondering about ringtone
uploading and the like.
So, what do I need to get to support the new phone, or should it come ready
to interact with windows, because it will be running windows mobile?
