Where have you been living lately? I have never seen a traffic ticket
under $100 (after they add all the costs).

I am seeing posts that the fine in WA for just a cell is $124 so I think
those quotes are CA only (if acurate at all), and I agree that police fines
are usually hefty. This is a gemic promotion, but if you are one of the
unlucky ones who gets busted for this it is good to know it is out there.
