Default Samsung Gleam turns itself off running VZ Navigator

Had my Samsung Gleam for about 5 months. Every once in awhile there's a
random glitch here or there, nothing all that bad.

But I just downloaded VZ Navigator, which I love, but pretty much any time I
use the navigator for any period of time, the Gleam will reboot / shut
itself off then back on.

What an annoyance! Any patches or anything for this? Or any menu setting I
can change to avoid it? I hear it's fairly common.

Thx!

That's the "Automatic Reset Feature".....

It keeps you from having to follow the directions from the robots on the
support phone system to turn off the phone and turn it back on to cycle out
other major software crashes....

With Automatic Reset Feature, your phone is reset several times a day,
eliminating you doing it manually! How convenient is that?!

I'm impressed Verizon doesn't want $3.95/month for Automatic Reset Feature
you're getting free. Better keep this hush hush....
