I have a Pantech PN215 (Verizon Inpulse) purchased from Target. Is
there some sorta adapter I can use to transfer pictures to the PC?

Assuming it has a slot for a transflash card, you can move them to the
card and then use a card reader on the PC.

Default New Any Two question

I qualify for the "New Any Two" $100 discount and I went into a Verizon
store to use the discount and get a new phone. I thought I could just extend
my existing plan by 2 more years and get the discount. The salesman in the
store told me that since my plan is no longer offered I would have to get a
new plan. Right now I am on a $59.95 2 phone family plan. I would have to
change to the 69.95 2 phone family plan to get the "New Any Two" discount. I
do not need the extra minutes and so I do not want to sign up for the more
expensive plan. My question is, is he correct? Thanks Richard

Unless they've changed their rules in the last 6 months, no.

I'm on a long-obsolete plan and went without a contract for a long
time, but finally needed new phones. I was able to get them at no
charge without changing plans, although I did have to sign up for two
more years.

[The plan is 100 minutes/month, shared between two phones for
$30/month; as you might guess, we're not heavy users :-)]

When I was due for a my new every two years thing I was told the exact
same thing, I need a new plan. For me it wasn't a big deal as the basic
450 minutes plan was more than enough for me.

Nope, no slots, near as I can tell. Wonder if there's a USB-type
adapter that plugs into the power slot of the phone...

I did my "New Any Two" $100 discount on line and kept my old plan, which is
800 min with roaming. The only problem I ran into was losing my 1X modem
connection while traveling due to the new phone being Broadband capable.

I'm in the exact same situation (except I have 4 lines). I called
Verizon (1-800-922-0204) yesterday and asked some questions. I was
told that while it would be "better" to get one of the new plans, if I
really wanted to renew my old plan, I could get a supervisor to
approve it (and still qualify for NE2).

Good queestion. Anyway I went into one store today that claims to be
an authorized Verizon dealer who said he couldn't renew my contract
with the old plan. Then I went to a "real" Verizon store, and they
renewed my 500 minute plan, and we got our NE2 and other discounts no
problem.
